Our School
Coolderry Central School opened in June 1983 following the amalgamation of Ballyeighan N.S. and Coolderry N.S. George Cunningham became its first principal with a staff of Mr. Lupton, Mrs. McCarthy, Mrs. Kennedy and Mrs. Teehan. In 1987 George retired and was replaced as principal by Paddy Bates. Mr. Bates continued until 2000 when Brendan Hanamy arrived from Banagher to replace him. Mr. Hanamy was replaced by Mrs. Úna Teehan. Mrs. Teehan retired in 2023 to be replaced by Patrick Mc Carthy.
The current staff includes: Patrick McCarthy, Jonathan Ryan, , Geraldine O' Brien, . James Kenehan, Caroline Ormond, Lisa Carey, Martina Kennedy, Rita Dooley and Tom Kelly .
The school has achieved much in its 30 year history. The school has won numerous sporting titles. In hurling the school has won many titles including County and mini 7's in both hurling and camogie.
