Interesting Idea
Our 5th and 6th decided to to integrate Active Flag with English writing and write letters to the Minister for Education looking for more PE in schools. In fairness to Minister Mc Hugh`s office wrote back and is looking through our suggestions.

Committee Meeting March 2019
At our meeting we concluded as a committee there there was not enough activities been organised for the older classes in the school. The older pupils have been excellent in undertaking and organising activities for the younger pupils. So as a committee we decided to organise two specific activities for classes from 3rd to 6th. They would be : an Easter egg hunt and a soccer league league ran at lunchtime.
Easter Egg Hunt.
Ella and Sarah from our Active flag committee organised an Easter Egg hunt. Pupils were put into teams of 5 and at to follow clues which eventually led to the Easter Eggs. The girls did an excellent job of organising the hunt. Mr. Kenehan`s class also took part in their own Easter Egg hunt well done all.
