Our Thursday lunchtime has proven to be great fun for the Junior and Senior Infants. Aoibhinn and Avril from our senior class has been organising activities for the younger pupils. Thanks girls
The end of the month concluded with a committee meeting to plan for next term .The meeting took place as we played Ping pong. Definitely the most fun we have had at a meeting. Unfortunately our planned Spooky Mile had to be cancelled because of the weather.
November/December 2019
We decided to try something different over the winter. We ran a ping pong tournament during wet lunch breaks in both 3rd/4th class and 5th/6th class. It was something very different. Philip triumphed in 3rd/4th class and Aoife won out in 5th and 6th.
We followed on from last years 12 day of Christmas and tried a little harder this year. The committee drew up a list of activities and we completed these in the 12 days leading up to Christmas. The bad weather unfortunately meant our Christmas walk couldn`t go ahead.
